We have regular vacancies across the country for the following categories...

Catering operations:

  •   Catering management; both chef management and full catering management
  •   Chefs and cooks; skilled professionals at all levels from commis chef through chef de partie, sous to head and executive chef
  •   Supervisors; experienced dining room and service supervisors
  •   General assistants; food service personnel and kitchen porters
  •   Apprentices; we like to develop our people, so if you want to get into the catering business and are prepared to work hard for your future we want to talk to you!

Regional management, technical and administrative positions:

  •   Contract support management; looking after an area of up to fifteen contract operations you will have had three to five years of catering management experience and be mobile
  •   Software developers; we develop in SQL and ASP.NET/C# technologies - we want both full and part time developers to work at our Liss Head Office
  •   Finance personnel; experienced accounts people in all areas of the finance function up to qualified management or chartered accountancy levels
  •   General office administration; secretarial and general office/facilities personnel
