Food Nation is our house style which incorporates our healthy eating programme designed to offer all customers, from school through their work life and eventually into their retirement, a personalised range of healthy dishes which also have reference to the multi-cultural diversity of the world we live in today. Food Nation is holistic in nature because we treat each contract operation as a unique community of customers.

Our managers gain information and knowledge from these customers through a combination of focus groups and comments at service time to set agreed community standards, building a local dbase of recipes and dishes which are influenced by our ten healthy eating 'commandment' guidelines developed in consultation with the British Nutrition Foundation and the Government's balance of good health.
These recipes are then shared around the entire Host community through our on-line Matrix system.

We train our skilled production staff through an in-house training module in the methods and concepts of producing fresh food in healthy ways, based around our ten commandment guidelines, and see no reason why all our customers from school children through working adults to retired folk shouldn't have a full range of food offered to them to select from.
