Our culinary skills


Our simple, honest food means the best quality, freshest produce is NOT mucked about or fussed over and prepared into something that will alter its natural taste. So to do that, and get the best end result we have created our ‘Food Academy’. A set of our working chefs who spread the word by cooking with colleagues for special events, one:one tutorials with our apprentices, and group technique training. They also meet regularly either face to face or through our Internet based knowledge sharing systems to discuss recipes and concept ideas. Then we share it about to the rest of the UK Host cooking team!
